SURF MONITOR
If your passion is surfing and you want to work in the water and enjoy teaching, come and be part of the BonaOna team.
We need monitors for the areas:
NORTH OF MAJORCA
PLAYAS DE MURO
SOUTH OF MAJORCA
CAN PASTILLA
Requirements:
- Qualification: Level 1 Surf Instructor, by the Spanish Surfing Federation or ISA international
- Surfing Association or Free Time Monitor or TAFAD or Intermediate Sports Technician.
- Medium – High Surf Level.
- Water lifeguard per day (included in the monitor course)
- English, a high level of English will be valued (not essential)
- Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
- No previous experience as a monitor is necessary.
- Certificate of sexual crimes.
What we offer?
- Employment contract from April to November.
- Salary commensurate with the applicant’s experience, languages and qualifications.
KAYAK MONITOR/ STAND UP PADDLE
We are looking for monitors who love the sea and enjoy teaching classes and going on excursions around the Island.
We need monitors for the areas:
NORTH OF MAJORCA
PLAYAS DE MURO
SOUTH OF MAJORCA
CAN PASTILLA
Requirements:
- Qualification: Level 1 Canoe Instructor, Stand UP Paddle Instructor (IOSUP or ISA), Free Time Monitor or TAFAD or Intermediate Sports Technician.
- Medium – High level of Stand up paddle or canoe.
- Water lifeguard per day (included in the monitor course)
- English, a high level of English will be valued (not essential)
- Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
- No previous experience as a monitor is necessary.
- Certificate of sexual crimes.

WINDSURF MONITOR
We are looking for monitors who love the sea and enjoy teaching.
We need monitors for the areas:
NORTH OF MAJORCA
PLAYAS DE MURO
SOUTH OF MAJORCA
CAN PASTILLA
Requirements:
- Qualification: Instructor level 1 Sailing and windsurfing light rigging (Balearic Sailing Federation or similar) Free time monitor or TAFAD or mid-level sports technician.
- Surfing Association or Free Time Monitor or TAFAD or Intermediate Sports Technician.
- Medium – High level of windsurfing and/or sailing.
- Water lifeguard per day (included in the monitor course)
- English, a high level of English will be valued (not essential)
- Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
- No previous experience as a monitor is necessary.
- Certificate of sexual crimes.
